Malus 'Yellow Delicious' Dwarf Tree

This juicy and sweet, golden skinned classic was discovered in 1914 in West Virginia and developed into a fresh eating and pie making favorite. 'Golden Delicious' produces white flowers that develop into medium-large yellow fruit with a crisp, white flesh that is slow to brown that ripen in late-September. It is self-fertile, and is one of the best universal pollinizers for other apple varieties, bearing fruit within 2-5 years.
